PEAT-FREE COMPOSTS

• PEAT-FREE SEED COMPOST - Comprising of sterilised loam Green Gro compost bark fines & nutrients (Compost used for seed sowing).
  
• PEAT-FREE POTTING COMPOSTS Nos: 1,2 & 3 - Comprising of: sterilised loam, bark fines, green gro compost, potting sand and nutrients (Potting compost used for: No1: pricking-out, No2: growing-on and establishing cuttings, No3: final potting-up).
  
• PEAT-FREE ROCK GARDEN COMPOST - Comprising of: green gro compost, bark fines, horticultural grit & nutrients (For use in the construction and topping up of rockery and alpine areas and then covered with Binders grit).
  
• PEAT-FREE TUB & CONTAINER COMPOST - Comprising of: green gro compost, bark fines, horticultural grit & nutrients (Ideal peat-free mix for patio pots large tubs and containers).

ORGANIC GARDEN FERTILISERS

• BONEMEAL - 4:20:0 Sterilised base & top dressing for all round the garden (Safe to use at any time of the year, used as a base dressing it should be forked into the soil before planting. Bonemeal is a slow acting phosphatic fertiliser and it is quite safe to plant immediately after application. This product is suitable for root vegetables, flowers, trees and shrubs).
  
• DRIED BLOOD - 12:0:0 Quick acting Nitrogen fertiliser for flowers and salad crops (This quick acting Nitrogen fertiliser is safe to use on all tender crops. It is applied as a top dressing but should be well watered in after application, making certain that any fertiliser that has come into contact with the plants is washed off).
  
• FISH, BLOOD & BONE - 6:7:6 For fruits, flowers, vegetables and salad crops. (A complete general purpose organic based fertiliser. Plant foods are released over a prolonged period. This product can be used as either a base or top dressing fertiliser).
  
• HOOF & HORN - 12:0:0 Slow release Nitrogen fertiliser (This all-organic Nitrogen fertiliser is used as a base dressing, it is slow acting and is ideal for slow growing plants such as Brassicas and trees and shrubs. Hoof and Horn also contains a small proportion of calcium that is also beneficial).
  
• FISH COMPOUND (MEAL) - 7:6:0 General purpose organic based manure (A good general purpose fertiliser, high in Nitrogen and phosphates making it an ideal fertiliser for trees and shrubs).
  
• CALCIFIED SEAWEED SOIL CONDITIONER - Trace elements to enrich soil (Calcified seaweed contains natural minerals that are essential for good healthy plant growth and increased bacterial activity. It improves soil structure and is an ideal conditioner for all types of soils. For best results it should be used as a compliment to fertiliser dressings).
  
• GARDEN LIME - Sweetens acid soils and improves fertility (Garden lime is a calcium carbonate and is quite safe to handle and use on all soils. Lime helps break down heavy soils and encourages beneficial bacteria and soil organisms).
  

INORGANIC GARDEN FERTILISERS

• GROWMORE - 7:7:7 (General purpose fertiliser for all round garden use. Use early spring to October. Application rate: 135gr per sq.m).
  
• GEM ROSE FERTILISER - 5:7:10 +1.7%Mg (A high grade rose fertiliser based on an established formula containing Bone Meal).
  
• GEM LAWN SAND MOSSKILLER - Traditional lawn sand (Stimulates grass into growth, gives excellent winter moss control and provides good colour. Application rate: 135gr per sq.m).
  
• GEM LAWN WEED & FEED & MOSSKILLER - 8:0:3 (An economical lawn treatment to provide three operations all in one. Used regularly it will control most common weeds and moss. Application rate: 68gr per sq.m).
  
• PALMER'S SUPAGRO NB - 5.5:7.5:10 + 2.9MgO + trace elements (Nutrient base for composts used by top growers and compost producers. Can also be used as a base dressing for flowers and vegetables. Application rate: In compost making 3gr per lt. As base dressing 70-135gr per sq.m).
  
• ENMAG - 4:19:10 +7.5%Mg +3.4%S (Unique granular compound fertiliser providing plant nutrients in a slowly soluble form. Can be applied to a wide range of trees and shrubs both ericaceous and non-ericaceous. Use during the growing season. Application rate: 70/140 gr per sq.m).
  

SUNDRIES

• BINDER'S GRIT - 6mm (Grit for containers, tubs rockery and Alpine area decoration).
  
• BINDER'S LIGHTWEIGHT EXPANDED CLAY AGGREGATE - 4-10mm Porous ceramic particles (Drainage material for containers, tubs and hanging baskets. Although used for drainage the material has the added advantage of having a water holding capacity that is released when demanded by plant growth).
  
• BINDER'S COARSE SAND - Sharp sand (For general garden use. Will aid the breaking up of heavy clay soils when used in conjunction with a soil conditioner such as green gro compost).
  
• BINDER'S POTTING SAND - Horticultural sharp sand (Ideal sand for use in compost mixing to keep any mix open and give good drainage).
  
• BINDER'S PLAYPIT SAND - Washed non-staining white sand (For use in childrens's playpits and jump pits).
  
• BINDER'S AQUATIC SOIL - 4mm Screened medium heavy soil (Specially selected soil for use in planting pond, bog and marginal plants).
  
• PERLITE STANDARD - 2-5mm expanded volcanic rock with 97% pore volume (Excellent additive for composts to improve aeration and drainage. It is inert, sterile and has a neutral pH).
  
• VERMICULITE MEDIUM - 2-5mm mica mineral with 96% pore volume (Improves aeration and drainage whilst also providing nutrient buffering capacity. Widely used in propagation as a seed cover. It is inert, sterile and has a neutral pH).
